As a Doctoral Candidate in Clinical Psychology, I provide evidence-based assessments and interventions to children, adolescents, and families with a range of psychiatric and developmental disorders. I conduct research at Wayne State University related to developing and optimizing efficacious mHealth interventions aimed at reducing the likelihood of cannabis-exposed pregnancies. With over eight years of clinical work experience, I have developed skills in health psychology delivery within a multidisciplinary team in womens health, oncology, labor & delivery, primary care, ICU, and the emergency department. I have also provided assessment and treatment in outpatient mental health/integrated care clinics for adult and pediatric populations. I completed a clinical health psychology internship at Henry Ford Health System, where I gained valuable experience in working with diverse and complex populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My core competencies include psychological testing, crisis intervention, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual and group psychotherapy, DBT, CBT, ACT, MBSR, MI. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, pregnant women, parents, and families. My values and goals are aligned with my career vision of providing compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive psychological services to the community.
