I answer help desk calls and troubleshoot issues that our users have. I am also responsible for checking to be sure our backup systems are functioning correctly.

I was responsible for processing the daily intakes, keeping up with the children's allowances from the State and how that money was spent, and scanning paper documents to make the office operate with less paper. I also did minor maintenance and repair of the computers and printers.

I was responsible for overseeing all the laboratories for the Materials Division at the MDOT in Jackson. This included providing technical support for the lab technicians and insuring that we maintained AASHTO accreditation. I also reviewed and approved concrete mix designs. I maintained certification in concrete and asphalt mix designs as well as aggregate testing procedures.
