Support IELTS test centers in the U.S. by ensuring compliance with global policies and procedures, meeting regional candidature demand and provisioning high levels of service.Manage support personnel and services to test center administrators on a day-to-day basis.Manage initial and ongoing face-to-face and remote training materials and delivery to new test center staff in all aspects of test center management.Monitor and manage center performance in key administrative areas.Reconcile test center monthly billing reporting for invoicing.
