I have been with SECU for 15+ years working in both Employee Education and Project Management. Employee Education (8+ years) - I assisted with coordinating and facilitating training for all employees across NC, processing educational reimbursements for employees pursuing higher education (college transfer, bachelors, masters) and/or continuing education courses and professional certification courses, tracking continuing education credits for various certifications held by employees across the organization, managing the module testing program that was required for all new employees, managing the learning platform used for scheduling in-person learning and housed all e-learning courses for the organization.Project Management (7+ years) - I have worked on a variety of business and IT projects within the organization (projects related to networking, security, communications, education/HR, and most recently cards and ATMs).
