Within my role as a HR assistant and recruitment consultant, my main tasks would include admin, data input, references, answering telephone, interview screening, organising and hitting daily targets and greeting candidates and clients. Before this role within Inspired I was a Sales Advisor for EE cold calling customers, selling products and services, hitting KPI’s, up selling and generating new business over the telephone in a professional manner.

Within my role as an Outbound Sales Advisor, my job was to cold call existing customer of EE and up sell products and services to them and house hold members as well as dealing with general enquires and complaints. This role was very target driven, pressurised and fast paced.

Within my role as a Universal Advisor, I was one of 10 of the first enrolled Apprentice to join Fusion to be trained in sales, outbound sales, customer services, complaints handler and general enquires within motor/home insurance. The apprenticeship was over 12months which I successfully passed therefore was given the opportunity to become a fulltime employee of the business and stayed for an additional 2 years.
