Amy Hanson is actively involved in advisory and board roles for several companies (public, private and fintech start ups), leveraging her C suite portfolio of retail, finance, consumer credit and technology senior leadership at Macy's. Her portfolio of services include board of director positions at Charge Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ CRGE), LSI Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ LYTS), a leading provider of lighting, graphic and technology solutions to clients throughout North America, where she also chairs the audit committee, Credit First National Association (CFNA), Messer, Inc., one of Cincinnati's largest privately held companies, and Strivve, Inc. (a Seattle based fintech startup) as well as consulting services to retail, technology and private equity clients on retail, real estate and consumer technology strategies. Clients include Signet Jewelers, LTD, OneMarket (formerly Westfield Retail Solutions, the National Retail Federation (NRF) and private equity and technology services clients. Amy's portfolio at Macy's included a C suite experiences in a variety of areas - including leadership and growth of the $7 billion assets in the credit business, and optimizing EBIT for the Macy's credit card business to a significant portion of Macy's EBIT. She also led the formation and growth of the customer service support for Macy's ecommerce divisions, loyalty program development, and technology strategy development for consumer services. She also led the store planning, design and construction team (SPACE) for Macy's and real estate in her career progression. Amy has been very active in the payment space, leading Macy's strategies in payment acceptance, including mobile wallets, Amy's experiences at Macy's also included the lead role in the Macy's transitions, including the 2009 nationwide integration to its current unified structure.
