    I was responsible for running a year long programme for over 2000 NCS Graduates. This includes all aspects of event design and implementation, alongside marketing and promotion of the programme. In 2016-2017 66% of these Graduates engaged in my programme (46% over target). As part of a small national team working on our Graduate programme, I was responsible for designing a national marketing strategy to reach all of our NCS participants (over 30,000), which has involved designing and directing a series of videos to be played across our summer programme and to our parents, teachers and other stakeholders. I also headed up a redesign of our volunteer offer nationally, and was involved in the creation of a new volunteer role.
