This includes all aspects of event design and implementation, alongside marketing and promotion of the programme. In 2016-2017 66% of these Graduates engaged in my programme (46% over target). As part of a small national team working on our Graduate programme, I was responsible for designing a national marketing strategy to reach all of our NCS participants (over 30,000), which has involved designing and directing a series of videos to be played across our summer programme and to our parents, teachers and other stakeholders. I was responsible for negotiating cost, booking the venue, supporting our Logistics Chair on logistical matters, organising all community engagement, press and publicity events and, in the latter stages, managing the teams. We raised over £10000 and created an incredible 24 hour long event, attended by a diverse range of local residents.
