On-site Property manager of 104 affordable housing apartments. Tax Credit/section 42 training and worked with section 8 vouchers. Built relationships with residents, worked through Covid 19 payment agreements, offered residents resources and helped them secure funding to at rent. Brought occupancy up to 99% and preleased into August.

Results Driven Leasing sales consultant in student housing in Wisconsin. Travel to multiple student housing locations to ensure property is set up for leasing. Check and improve curb appeal, model presentation , cleanliness, greeting, prospect tours, sales training with leasing staff, attend open house and student events. Temporarily took over property management at a location due to fast turnover, learning Entrata, conducting financial move outs, transfers, creating higher employee morale, motivating employees, listing ads, interviewed and hired replacements, removing violations that were affecting rent ability, cleaning up the tour path, fixing a camera system, fixing a door closure, collecting past due rents, sending out 5 day and 14 day notices and working out payment arrangements with current and past residents, solving various ongoing and escalating problems in just 3 weeks.
