When I began working at Flash, my main roles included: serving customers, operating the computer system, handling cash and making high quality food and beverages. Over time, I have progressed to now instructing large groups of all ages including those from speciality schools for SEN children.

I worked at the Slug and Lettuce over the summer that between A-levels and University. My roles focused on keeping the front of house running smoothly, through glass collecting, pot wash and food running. Due to the nature of this job, it included late night shifts where team work and determination in order to close on time was vital.
