• Developed the coordination of implementing the rollout of a new on-site registration process built on emerging AMS technologies (netFORUM) called Badge n Demand (Expo Logic).
• Coordinated transition of new AMS technology investments (AIMS) into daily operations by establishing strategies as well as budgets to manage the technology.
