Implemented conversational engagement tool (PropFuel), to give ASAE flexibility and agility to get “in the moment” insights from members. Used innovative technology solutions and dashboards to modernize and manage continual conversations to more than 33000 individuals within the last three years. Successfully launched Membership Mondays, a program for members to virtually gather and discuss “in the moment” issues affecting membership professionals. (50-60 persons on call monthly) Designed new membership onboarding campaigns during pandemic to increase engagement. The result was elevated engagement by 28% Deployed lapsed member campaign: which increased the response rate by 75% of individuals that were not aware their membership lapsed Digital campaigns across platforms generated over $295,000 in revenue on a $60,000 media spend from July 2020-January 2022.
