The Client Management Executive (CME) is responsible for the market's delivery of the client service experience, as well as the execution of strategic initiatives, risk management, oversight, and business management functions across the market and all functional disciplines. Acts as the market-level COO on Market Management Team to identify and implement process improvement, drive resource allocation and efficiency, and ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies and regulatory standards. Works in close partnership with all members of the market management team and control function partners in HR, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Business Control Management. Has responsibility for budget/financial management, personnel processes, audit/compliance, space/resource communication. Maintains key focus on oversight and administration, including Reg 9, IPS, Asset Monitoring, KYC, ARQ's, Account Opening, Money Movement and Client Verification. Responsible for the performance and talent management of business support teams.

I act as a constant, reliable and trustworthy point of contact for our high net worth clients. My primary responsibility is to take care of our clients day to day trust and banking needs. Responsibilities include, preparing and reviewing discretionary requests, UPIA calculations, fee calculations, Reg-9 reviews and complete review and determination of legal trust documents. I am an internal champion for training and development of our support staff. I work with several lines of business and I work closely with our back office areas to give our customers the best service possible.

I worked with multiple business functions to support technology applications and business strategies. I was responsible for monitoring all user access for Commerce Trust Company systems and related reporting for both the SAS70 and Sarbanes Oxley audit requirements. I was most proud of my team's work to develop and enhance a new Commerce Trust Company Wealth Manager website. I was a champion for training not only internal associates but I also worked daily with clients for the best experience possible with the new online website.
