CurrentPartnering with Senior Leadership in BRC Business. A business that operates within CELSA STEEL UK GROUP. Leading all HR directives, as the only accountable HR position dedicated to BRC. My role is to drive strategic initiatives, whilst providing expert HR and employment law guidance to the Managing Director, Regional Director and Senior Managers across the UK.With most recently branching into and designing/creating a Learning & Development Leadership Programme for the company and its Senior Leadership Team. With proven feedback and strong results, The newly launched programme resulting in a first time NPS score of 89. UK wide, I cover five depots;- Scotland- Mansfield- London- Southhampton - Newport
