More recently, I have also taken interim management of our team's prospect researcher, legacy gift fundraiser and scholarship co-ordinator, so have had the opportunity to lead these key advancement services and fundraising areas. My responsibilities include:• Management of a team of eight, plus an ongoing rota of casual staff• Design and implementation of an overall alumni relations strategy for the University, including events, communications and integration with other service centres and Faculties• Creation and implementation of a social media strategy• Design and implementation of an integrated CRM system for the department• Overall management of a series of 15-20 annual events• Design, scheduling and analysis of a series of highly segmented electronic communications• Working with international volunteers to create an international alumni network• Securing new partnerships with external providers for the benefit of ECU alumni• Establishment of a student-alumni mentoring program• Establishment of the Alumni Annual Appeal calling program• Contributing at a strategic level to other University areas, such as alumni involvement in employability and careers-based initiatives• Managing a six-figure budget
