Oversees the development and execution of the strategic vision and implementation plan, board relations, business development, operations, and internal/external stakeholder engagement.

Directed a team of staff and consultants to execute TCR’s member and external stakeholder programs related to measuring, reporting, and verifying greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and capacity building as related to climate change, decarbonization, energy efficiency, and sub-national leadership: • Reporting Program - Led the development and operations of TCR’s voluntary GHG registry used by leading corporations, universities, and local and state governments. • Climate Leadership Conference (CLC) – Coordinated TCR’s organization and hosting of the annual CLC and Award Ceremony, which convenes over 450 corporate, government, and organizational leaders. • United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) - Oversaw activities related to UNFCCC Conference of Parties events, including management of multi-state delegations consisting of TCR Board members and leaders from corporations, foundations, trade associations, NGOs, and government agencies; organization of credentials, events and speakers; budget development and financial oversight; and logistics coordination. • Cool Planet Project - Directed the energy efficiency program for industrial customers with Southern California Edison (SCE), Southern California Gas Company, and San Diego Gas & Electric and launched the annual Cool Planet Award Ceremony. • Water-Energy Nexus Registry - Initiated and led efforts in Sacramento to pass legislation (SB1425) to support the creation of a water-energy reporting registry on a state-wide level in California resulting in TCR contracting with the State of California to develop and operate the program.

Responsible for utility and business customer engagement, strategic planning, staff and contract management, negotiating and implementing contract deliverables, annual recognition event planning, financial administration, month-end and yearly reporting, along with developing and implementing marketing and media campaigns.

Recruited business customers in utility company territory (Southern California) to the Cool Planet Energy Efficiency Program through direct sales calls and presentations to associations, mailings, and email correspondence. Position required coordinating with utility account executives to contact qualified leads to recruit for the program, conducting speaking engagements and presentations at industry association meetings, and creating marketing and communications materials.
