Additionally I provide mentorship and sponsorship at the individual level as employees navigate a complex post-pandemic environment.

After an amazing almost 30 year career, I made the difficult decision to step away from corporate life and focus on my health and well being. While I adored my role, the demands of a 24 state territory with constant travel left me depleted and ridden with guilt in my personal life. Burn out is a real condition, and I was ill equipped to recharge the way I deserved. Additionally, as a young executive with a bright future, there was real pressure to represent and take a particular path. The step away was exactly what I needed. I traveled, focused on time with my family, and prioritized my aging parents and in-laws. Throughout this time, I reflected on the challenges of women particularly in corporate America, and the support we need that is often either not provided, or support is simply unknown to exist. This reflection led me to an unlikely and incredibly fulfilling opportunity back with the company I love.

Group head of U.S. Bank's In-Store and On-Site Banking. Led team of over 5,000 employees across 900 branches in 22 states. Responsible for all aspects of the business including growth of bottom line revenue, balance sheet and income statement and employee and customer experience.Actively led within the Women of U.S. Bank business resource group and launched the Women of In-Store and On-Site Banking with total membership over 800.

Responsible for the Silver State Region, Golden State Region, Southern California Region and the Mountain Region of In-Store Banking.
