Responsibilities:
Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
Settlement of payments by external partners, invoicing.
Mantaining the in-house reservations systems.
Register all reservations in the computer program
Making sure all employees adhere to company's policies and guidelines.
Handling guest complains-creating a pleasant atmosphere for them
Full responsibility of inspections and tours at the Hotel property to travel agencies’ reps and
individuals

Keeping single and double entry accounting books for high profile clients, managing payments, extensive client relationship management, filling annual tax returns, experienced using Accountant (Singular Logic) and other similar accounting systems, quickly learned about and developed high level understanding of the Greek taxation system and corporate law
