Casetabs is a B2B SaaS cloud-based surgical coordination software application, which was acquired by Bain Capital in Nov. 2020 and merged with HST Pathways. As the product lead, my experience includes:• Lead product development, strategy, and redesign from conception through development to market launch. Focus on browser based and native mobile app for iOS & Android.• Partner with UI/UX and engineering to continuously iterate on the four existing products to increase utilization and improve the customer experience.• Launch a platform wide, HIPAA compliant Chat product with a 70% adoption rate in it's first year.• Define product strategy, roadmap, quarterly & annual goals, and routinely presented to direct manager (CEO).• Obtain product market share by working with sales to develop product sales strategies.• Maintain knowledge of how the product(s) is being implemented, trained, sold, marketed to ensure support to the various teams of keeping the product vision intact.• Partner with enterprise clients (i.e. USPI, SCA, Amsurg) to identify needs and have a continuous discovery/feedback loop at the corporate level.

My title was surgery scheduling coordinator, but I did not about to stop there! Along with coordinating on average 450 cases/month for an ambulatory surgery center, I was an instrument in the success and growth of Crown point Surgery Center. My experience includes: • Building strong, personable relationships with each of the many physician practices that Crown Point Surgery Center worked with. • Being the voice between Crown Point Surgery Center and its physician practices for implementation of new processes, increasing utilization, as well as regular communication. • Analyzing financials and operating room utilization metrics on an ongoing basis to assist in the the growth of Crown Point. • Producing and implementing a number of solutions to problems which led to improved patient safety, communication, and efficiency. • Implementing technology solutions to significantly improve communication, patient safety, and efficiency. • Partnering with the up and coming healthcare software program, Casetabs, to produce numerous product solutions. These solutions led to iterative improvements to the user interface and experience. This partnership created the foundation for revolutionizing the way Surgery Centers schedule/coordinate their patient's procedures.
