With a passion for supporting those who have been marginalized, my heart lies with the nonprofit community that often serves those most in need. Leading with compassion, I take on numerous roles to get the job done and meet objectives—as is often the case in nonprofits. Whether crafting visionary strategies to expand reach, developing programs and outreach efforts to make a bigger impact in the community, working with donors to secure funds and grants, or uniting employees and volunteers to maximize our efforts, I am all in. My joy comes from seeing the outcomes of our efforts, big or small, and I strive to advance the mission of the organization.Some of the areas where I choose to focus my energies include helping victims of domestic violence live happier, safer lives; highlighting the advantages of incorporating diversity in all settings; and connecting individuals to the community resources they so urgently need.
