Strategically develop curriculum, scale, implement, and oversee approximately 30 sections, both in-person and virtually, of a Junior level course for all Haslam College of Business students focused on problem solving/critical thinking and professional development. The position allows for hiring lecturers, training, developing course deliverables, syllabi, PowerPoints, lesson plans, rubrics, delivery dates, grading scale, events, projects, and course assessments. I also teach 5 sections of this course totaling an average of 300 students. Project Management and collaboration also play an important role.
