I process time sheets and payroll, handle HR reporting, manage cash flow, and create and maintain budgets. I work directly with the bank and insurance agent on financing, estate planning, business continuation and insurance. I prepare documents for tax filings and analyze financial statements.

As a commercial relationship manager I managed a $35 million portfolio, cross-sold business and personal banking products to help clients manage their money and grow their business. I worked with business from $50,000 to $10 million in annual sales and worked directly with CEO's, business owners, CFO's, controllers and accountants in determining their banking needs and strategies for growth. I analyzed financial statements and worked with the credit department and management to structure loans ie lines of credit, equipment loans, leases, construction loans and term loans.
