Anticipate, design and implement system enhancements and modifications for frequent sales organization changes and changes to methods of engagement with key sales support team members. Collect business requirements, design solutions and provide functional requirements to development team. Act as ambassador for both the business and IT, translating "business speak to geek" and back again to accomplish business goals in a way that makes sense technically.
