In this role I managed a team of two office staff and was responsible for creating recruitment strategies in order to draw and attract CDL drivers to our clients while in a very competitive driver market.Was regional leader in new sales Year Over Year as was responsible for generating our client relationships, negotiating our client contracts, and leading the way in implementing the recruitment solutions. Increased recruitment by 70% YOY by applying data analytics to improve recruitment strategies and implementing them both as an individual contributor and a team leader.

Managed a Tier 1 Automotive On-Site Staffing Firm with over 200 employees and 5 direct reports.Opened an additional recruitment branch and brought both it and the On-Site to profitability within six months.Trained staff, implemented recruitment processes, integrated a new ATS systems, managed all aspects of P&L, while at the same time being responsible for bringing in new clients to the recruitment firm.Followed up on leads and managed the brokering of two large recruitment contracts exceeding $4 million in expected revenues.
