Circling around my 24th year in property management. I have been extremely fortunate to have been and currently mentored by the best leadership in my field.My present position as Regional Manager has served to be one of the most rewarding roles in my career thus far. In this role, I have frequent reminders on how important it is to remain humble and open to new and exciting concepts. To engage my employees and bring their ideas to round table discussions. To remind everyone that all of us play a very important part in the success of the company we are part of. Because of this, the most rewarding part of my career is seeing the growth, development, and success of my employees. To truly live and breath what a leader is to do, which is to serve and lift.My biggest accomplishments are not only from the awards I have received from Greystar and Orion Real Estate Services, but my day to day operations and ethical standards.
