Additionally, I provided administrative and property management support to the in-office staff as well as an off-site residential property manager, including answering calls and emails and maintaining files. The scope of my work included streamlining tasks where possible and generating documentation for all work performed.

Vista Center is a non-profit providing services and support to individuals with vision loss, which includes a optometry clinic with low vision specialist doctors. I oversaw patient insurance billing, accounts receivables, and collections, increasing processing efficiency and cash flow, decreasing bad debt, and replacing process documentation. I redesigned cross-department communications improving efficiency of parallel financial bookkeeping reconciliation. I assembled central electronic documentation library for grant management team achieving compliance for funds received. As needed, I checked in clients for appointments, and I worked at the front desk answering phones and assisting clients.

Skipping Stones was the manufacturer and wholesale distributor of the Easy Load Cap - a plastic cap that helped end users load five-gallon water bottles onto dispensers without splashing. I headed daily operations of this small family-owned company. I executed all business accounting tasks providing outside accountant with thoroughly detailed and reconciled bookkeeping for tax preparation. I controlled product inventory, including overseeing manufacturing subcontractor and ensuring timely order fulfillment. I produced product marketing programs to increase wholesale partnerships, including participating in industry trade shows, advertising campaigns, and sales promotions.

Notre Dame de Namur University expanded their Master in Art Therapy program and accepted their first cohort of students in a new PhD in Art Therapy program in the Fall of 2013. I organized master task report and calendar for Program Director charting timely completion of applicant reviews, needs of current doctoral candidates, and University operational and accreditation requirements. I supported Program Director and doctoral faculty preparing for and during intensive teaching weekends, including coordinating guest faculty travel and spearheading evening social and speaking events.
