Responsible for the training and development of the Front of House teams within all 43 UK Moat House and associate hotels.• Developing a yearly training programme based on identified training needs and company objectives and targets, and reviewing this regularly to ensure it’s success within the operating budget• Writing and delivering off and on‐job training and quarterly Managers’Workshops, including co‐ordination of trainers and resources• Working as part of the Revenue Development Team to develop a culture of yield management within the group and drive revenue increases annually• Developing and updating support material such as standard operatingmanuals, training guides and policy documents

Experience in most areas of hotel operations, including Food and Beverage, Front of House, Conference and Events, Duty Management and Revenue & Sales. Including Head of Department positions.
