Support and promote the community collaborative prenatal education program, Baby Talk, for pregnant women and to develop new partnerships with area clinics providing prenatal clinical services in order to improve birth outcomes.

Primarily responsible for medical advocacy by responding onsite to conduct client interviews, make critical assessments and provide information on services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, and outreach services such as public speaking, presentations, and education to victims in urban and rural under-served communities. Responsible for developing and maintaining community outreach and awareness events and materials in Sedgwick County, including facilitation of educational and support groups in Sedgwick County.

Conducted research and created information materials used in tabling and educational events for public and legislators in both Kansas and Oklahoma. Assisted with recruitment, tracking and communication with volunteers. Tracked volunteer engagement spreadsheets, scheduled volunteer opportunities and for the planning and development of various projects.
