I'm a dedicated professional in ocean technology, environmental policy and exploration, with a passion for advancing our understanding of the world's oceans. Throughout my career, I've worked as an (patented) engineer, principal investigator, and advocate for policy initiatives. While at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, I contributed to, and often led, an extensive project portfolio in polar science and discovery, fisheries, energy including wind, emergency response initiatives within industry, government and the military. I am the founder and CEO of Scibotics LLC, an Ocean = Climate run innovation, operations and consulting solutions hub.Experience and AchievementsMy work has focused on developing and deploying innovative technologies, including autonomous underwater vehicles, remote operated vehicles, biologger tags, dozens of sensor technologies, and advanced imaging systems.
