I’m an evidence-based chiropractor and my goal is to help patients get back to doing what they love. By implementing strength training and conditioning, patients will be able to overcome their injuries and become resilient versions of themselves. I have past experiences of exercise programming through my position as a Registered Kinesiologist at different multi-disciplinary clinics. Utilizing my experience as a Kinesiologist and years of powerlifting, I hope to be able to show patients what their bodies are capable of.
