Perform database set up and maintenance on POS/BOH data tables relating to specific menu products and pricing. • Source and hire non-exempt positions for the KFC Restaurant Support Center. This includes the development of a sourcing strategy, aligning with the Hiring Manager, interviewing, negotiating offers & communications with candidates.• Play a key role in full cycle recruiting and selection of interns (summer, help desk & engineering internships). Work directly with universities to attract and recruit high potential talent to ensure hiring goals are met.• Support the development of new position descriptions including researching job content and making recommendations for posting details.• Support KFC’s diversity and inclusion strategy through participation in attraction and selection programs and initiatives.• Back-up for posting of positions internally and externally on the Hiring Zone, Updating of Staffing Reports (Yum, Hot Jobs, Staffing Period Report & Staffing Department white board). • Own employee on-boarding experience, including orientation. Meet with newly hired employees by 2nd day of employment. Communicate on-boarding steps to new hire’s coach & Administrative Assistant. Provide ongoing feedback on how the on-boarding process can be improved.• Create and maintain Period Staffing reports for distribution to senior leaders and field staffing teams.• Support effective utilization of the Hiring Zone, including trend analyses and technical issue resolution
