Key Results:Began as an assistant manager and after a year was promoted to a General Manager. Relocated; I was the General Manager for three of the area locations. Responsible for all aspects of the business including sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, corporate audits, and turnover. Opening team for many of the new restaurants within the franchise group throughout the state of Michigan. Received many awards based on performance.
