About Amy Lestition Burke, Ma, Fasae, Cae

I unleash the power of people and communities to impact society. I drive growth, develop new business, and create highly effective marketing, engagement and governance strategies. I focus on transforming strategic visions into action, producing tangible results. When I work with an organization, I listen to what customers and members say about where they have been. History matters. Developing a clear understanding of where an organization started is essential to propelling the team to achieve what’s next. The listening continues as the collaboration begins on the future aspirations and goals. By bringing together diverse perspectives to align on direction, I then find and present the innovative ideas, big and small, that make the most impact on the goals – whether that’s increasing revenue, reimagining governance structure, new product and program development, recruiting new volunteers or revitalizing customers experiences. Leadership is all about building knowledgeable teams, ensuring they take ownership of the vision, and then positioning them to succeed. My starting point with any organization I work with is a focus on:• Translating what I learn and observe into actionable next steps.• Building relationships, with customer, members and boards, as well as stakeholders such as vendors and industry partners – the best strategy in the world won’t succeed if you don’t collaborate and get buy-in.• Developing leaders and motivating teams to tap into what they love about delivering on a shared mission.I’m originally from Buffalo (go Bills!), and still enjoy snow sports. My other lifelong hobby is photography. Whether it’s industry events or a family vacation, capturing images is a way for me to think through angles and perspective. There’s technique to learn, however, you ultimately have to take the creative leap to make something all your own.Specialties include: executive leadership | strategic vision | business strategyLet’s connect: amylesti @ Gmail (dot) com
