I am the Manager of Tissue Services at Indiana Donor Network, a certified tissue bank specialist (CTBS), and a tissue industry professional with over fifteen years of experience (twelve of which being in leadership roles).My core competencies include managing the day-to-day operations of small to large teams, developing and motivating team members, ensuring the quality and compliance of production records and processes, and initiating and completing non-conformances and corrective actions and preventative actions as appropriate. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that benefit patients in need of tissue grafts and regenerative medicine. As part of my mission, I collaborate with multiple departments and other stakeholders to ensure the safety, efficacy, and integrity of the human tissues we recover. I also leverage my educational background in biology and healthcare management to stay updated on the latest developments and trends in the field. I am driven by the vision of Indiana Donor Network to save and heal lives through organ, tissue, and eye donation and transplantation.
