Planning and development of an applied behavior analysis (ABA) program, hiring of personnel, training and supervision of Analyst and Associate level staff. Oversee the coordination of treatment for students receiving ABA services within the school district. Provide inservices within the school district and to component districts regarding ABA. Assess behavioral deficits and excesses and provide intensive behavioral support plans for home and school based programs based on these assessments. Conduct functional analyses for aberrant behavior. Establish high quality therapy teams that are competent of ABA principles. Assist Analysts, Associates, teachers, and IEP teams in analyzing individual treatment outcomes.

Conducted functional assessments, developed implemented, trained and monitored behavioral programs for individuals residing in a state institution for individuals with developmental disabilities under direction and supervision of the department of Justice.
