I am a highly motivated, extremely focused Project and Account Manager for the last 20 years. I worked my way up through various positions and acquisitions to my most recent position of Client Services Manager. I have managed a team of 20+ individuals in onshore and offshore call centers. My experience with client services, customer service, procurement, call center management, internal audit, compliance and training make me a well rounded asset to any professional organization.
