Consolidation Responsibilities: • Responsible for the integrity, exchange rate conversion, and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to senior management, including Board Materials and non-financial information schedules• Act as a primary liaison between the North America finance teams and senior management based in Hong Kong and Germany• Responsible for monthly consolidation of US and Canada operations (10 ESPRIT companies) utilizing the BCS system• Assist in monthly validation of system generated reports for all companies in the North America region• Prepare and consolidate the annual budget as well as three forecasts, including cost center and account analysis for each company in order to ensure consistency and reasonableness • Upload budget and forecasts to the SAP R/3 and BCS systemsAnalyst Responsibilities:• Analyze key performance indicators of the wholesale business in North America on a biweekly basis• Provide highly accurate information and P&L analysis to support business decisions for senior management • Assist Regional Analyst in the evaluation of both current and new business opportunities by preparing annual business reviews and retail pro-formas • Responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ProLease database, a tool used to analyze and track critical information relating to leases and occupancy costs for over 100 retail spaces in North America• Support the VP of Finance with analytical projects concentrating on different business segments to ensure focus remains on the agreed targets set forth by senior management• Miscellaneous ad hoc reporting as necessary to better understand business trends
