Currently, I am utilizing digital marketing techniques to promote and support the employment goals of individuals living with severe mental illness. This involves creating online content to showcase their skills and experience, leveraging social media platforms to highlight their achievements, and using digital advertising to connect them with potential employers. Additionally, I am utilizing email marketing and online networking to establish relationships with businesses and organizations that may offer employment opportunities.

My primary responsibility was mentoring Human Services students at the New York City College of Technology. I provided consultation, resources, guidance, and assistance to support their academic experience better. In addition, I was responsible for creating various PowerPoints, fliers, and social media posts for in-person and virtual events co-led with other mentors. I also taught students organizational and time management skills. To ensure academic success, I tracked students' study habits and assessed their learning styles to help create realistic goals. I monitored their progress over semesters and provided ongoing support and guidance as needed. Additionally, I coordinated weekly emails and one-on-one meeting sessions to ensure that students were up to date with upcoming events and had the necessary resources to succeed academically. My dedication to helping students achieve their academic goals and providing them with the necessary tools and resources allowed me to significantly impact their lives.

I successfully connected over 600 New Yorkers to individualized City services and programs, such as helping them renew their health insurance coverage, assisting tenants in staying in their homes, and providing access to Fair Fares, among other services. In addition, I actively assisted in reaching high-traffic communities by engaging with the public through tabling and canvassing. I utilized Hustle for text banking and OpenVPB for phone banking to conduct virtual outreach effectively and efficiently. My dedication and passion for helping people access the resources they need allowed me to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those in my community.

Bridge Coach is a peer mentor program aimed at helping high school seniors and graduates navigate the postsecondary planning, financial aid, and matriculation processes. The program hires and trains college students to provide personalized advising to graduating seniors, intending to increase postsecondary enrollment. Bridge Coach is committed to guiding individuals towards fulfilling careers, whether their goals are educational, workforce-related, vocational, or involve serving their country/government agencies
