CurrentManage training and curricular development, including co-designing and delivering professional development training sessions for new and returning writing instructors. Assists with design, collection, and analysis of data for annual program assessment. Mentors new and returning adjunct and GTA instructors for writing courses. Researcher and co-author of executive white paper calling for adoption of co-curricular composition course English C1010 / C1011. Proposal approved and successfully implemented in Summer 2023, bringing our curriculum into alignment with current theory and practices of the field. Regular collaboration with Director for scholarly and curriculum projects. Serves on task force committee for curriculum and learning outcomes redesign for both First-Year Writing and the Department of English & Philosophy programs.
