I started my professional life climbing from Concierge to Senior Administrator in the construction sector, transitioning from administrative duties to project management and IT management. This strengthened my already extensive customer service skills, allowed me to establish strong organization and time management skills while working with multiple managers and projects, external stakeholders, and teammates, and expanded my technical skill set with G-Suite, Office 365, and implementation of new software within the company. Through leading our volunteer and community outreach team, I was able to develop excellent communication skills to facilitate team building and motivation within the company, while positively impacting the local community. I am a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and helping others around me succeed. Transitioning to a purely IT role, I've enjoyed training new associates and sharing my enthusiasm for technologic literacy with both technically skilled users and those newer to technology. I have a passion for teaching others, demystifying technical processes, and bringing knowledge to fellow associates in an upbeat, easy to understand way.
