• In my current position with HR I help facilitate our new employee onboarding process. This includes public presentations on various state benefits and procedures. A large part of my time is spent on the essential paperwork that is needed in order to get the new employees loaded into the payroll system (AMS). Part of this process is reviewing all the paperwork for accuracy and completeness. This position has allowed me to develop more of my personnel skills and in turn has paired well with my extensive fiscal knowledge and experience
