Developed and implemented marketing campaigns to recruit diverse talent for the United States Military Academy at West Point. Responsible for the Far West Region which includes 113 Congressional Districts that span over 11 States and 3 U.S. Territories. Planned, coordinated, and executed admissions presentations to thousands of diverse students at college fairs, inner-city high schools, and congressional events. Built relationships with parents, educators, and community influencers focused on improving college access for underrepresented minority groups.

Coordinated the redeployment of 2 construction companies from Kuwait to the United States. This included over 350 personnel, over 120 military vehicles, and more than 350 pieces of engineer equipment. Tracked and managed all administrative tasks, generated correspondence for the local community, and planned events to support Soldiers reintegrating with their families.

Led 28 member Engineer Platoon on a 9-month combat deployment to Syria in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. Served as the Engineer Liaison to Special Forces Joint Command covering Eastern Syria; responsible for all construction projects across the region. Project managed the construction of patrol bases, mission support sites, and defensive structures. Was responsible for the combat readiness, maintenance, and operation of heavy engineer equipment valued in excess of $15 million.

Led a 28 member Engineer Platoon, responsible for the professional development, training, and combat readiness of my team. Planned, coordinated, and executed unit-level training exercises focused on construction, combat engineer operations, and Soldier tasks. Served as the Project Manager for a $500,000 construction project; responsible for the resource allocation, quality control, and management of the overall project timeline.

Coordinated and oversaw all operations for a 770 member multi-functional Engineer Battalion. Synchronized mission requirements for 5 Companies (2 of which were geographically distributed). Spearheaded the creation of the Battalion Total Fitness Program aimed at establishing a longstanding culture of fitness.
