• Responsible for pupils’ achievement and standards in Religious Education (RE), overseeing the strategic direction of RE in the school, developing and reviewing regularly the vision, aims and purpose. • Conduct training needs analysis (including surveys and focus groups) to identify the learning and development needs of both staff and pupils and use this to design, implement and evaluate the Religious Education curriculum ensuring that it meets the needs of all learners.• Deliver staff meetings and training based on new curriculum implementation and updates, providing continuing professional development, coaching, mentoring and modelling best practice. • Following up on training carrying out monitoring, gathering post-training feedback and using data to provide insights into curriculum refinement and optimisation.• Manage the RE budget effectively, overseeing resourcing to ensure that it adds value and enhances the learning experience
