Amy has over 10 years of project management experience. She was in-charge of the assessment operation of various large-scale and industry-wide assessment schemes. She had also been actively involved in different assessment teams of renowned awards and recognition schemes.Besides, Amy had assisted numerous clients in streamlining business operations and achieving continuous improvement through the provision of consultancy projects and trainings. Her clients include government bodies, industry associations and private companies across different sectors, such as healthcare, manufacturing, retail, catering, property management, telecommunications and financial services etc.Prior to joining HKPC, Amy has gained diverse frontline experience in the hotel, healthcare and MICE industries. Amy holds a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management and she is an ACF Certified Coach (Associate Level), a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods Facilitator, a Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor and a qualified Hygiene Manager.
