Being a history student was a positive here as I would recount the history of Scotland and Glasgow which entertained the guests- Coffee and Wine training which consisted of not only learning about different drinks but also interacting with alcohol suppliers and small independent business personally. Part time during term time and then full time during the summers. - Handling money - This includes front of house transactions as well as working with the store safe, counting tills at the end of the working day and performing refunds. - Have completed various other duties such as being a trainer and teaching new staff, being trusted to close the restaurant and other activities such as cleaning.
