This position worked closely with Project Managers for the life of a project from beginning to end. The data was analyzed and organized before, during, and after projects in relation to specific tasks, resources, and deadlines. I conducted weekly status meetings to discuss tasks not completed, upcoming tasks, and resource allocation. I also monitored the time entry system for correct input and handled any discrepancies. I created and maintained an MS Project file for each project.

This position worked as a liaison between the client and the programmer during the billing conversion process by performing initial data analysis of the client's data, as well as due diligence to determine the impact of differences between client and home data layouts. I also performed data mapping between client data layout and home data layout, and relayed questions from programmer(s) to client pertaining to data. I executed system testing to ensure data authenticity after the conversion process, followed by root cause analysis and problem solving in relation to client data and the conversion to home system.

This position was a result of an in-house training program offered by SunTrust to train programmers in using the custom platforms and applications. I made programming changes to accommodate Y2K in the time management system via a change control process. Following the install of these changes into a production environment, I performed testing and back-out procedures, if necessary. I also monitored and maintained the in-house time management system.
