I am currently the Firm Administrator of Williams & Company, P.C. I joined the firm in 1991 as a staff accountant. I have experience in many different areas of the firm including tax accountant, auditor, payroll, payroll taxes and bookkeeping, QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and office manager. I served as Training Coordinator/HR focusing on software training, employee onboarding and firm administrative duties. I am a 1990 graduate of Briar Cliff College with a bachelor's degree in business administration minoring in psychology.My community involvement includes past board member of the Monona County Extension Council, Magic Depot Child Care Center, West Monona Board of Education, Onawa Chamber of Commerce, West Monona Education Foundation and director of the Onawa Community Foundation. I am currently on the Burgess Health Center Board of Directors.Many of my most enjoyable volunteer hours have been spent coaching youth sports and obtaining my coaching endorsement, seeing the excitement of skill development and team life lessons through the eyes of youth. I find great satisfaction in helping others learn and practice new skills whether it be through a sports or work environment.
