The JungleVine Foundation links indigenous Khmu artisans living in remote tribal villages in Laos with a global market for their handicrafts. The artisans harvest stems from a wild-growing vine, strip the pulp from the bast fibers within, and then hand spin the fiber before using it to create tote bags, purses, and a variety of scouring, scrubbing, and exfoliation products.

I designed and maintain a Shopify website featuring 50+ artisan-made products. Within 4 years, I've increased the sales volume by 448% and grown worldwide reach to 25 countries and territories. I coordinate custom product design with our team in Laos. I manage 300 wholesale customer accounts. I attended the NY NOW trade show and landed more than 60 new wholesale customers. I manage a tiny 750-sq. ft. warehouse with 400 SKUs. I hired and supervise shipping/fulfillment staff, models, writers, seasonal interns, and volunteers. I landed and implemented the Google Ad Grant for nonprofits. In 2020, our nonprofit won the diversity advocate award from NY Now.

Taught computer classes, assisted library patrons with computer questions and locating materials, researched and answered reference questions, maintained 215-subscription magazine collection, designed and produced custom bookmarks and signage.
