Prior to joining Macroscopic, Amy worked extensively across complex sectors including finance, energy, medical, cybersecurity, cloud technology, and AI in both digital product design and design operations capacities for clients such as IBM, Liquibase, Secureworks, and QCash. Amy’s strategic approach utilizes both a framework and advocacy-driven lens. She guides clients through a collaborative process of research, discovery, and alignment to determine the most critically viable, and often previously unseen, needs and paths to achieve their goals, and ensures internal teams are equipped to continue scaling and adapting the strategic output.
