I have over 15 years of insurance experience building underwriting portfolios, managing teams, inspiring leaders and driving pricing strategies that positively impact underwriting performance. As Head of Accident & Health, A&NZ for Chubb I am responsible for leading the A&H underwriting and distribution teams in Australia & New Zealand, providing strategic leadership across all aspects of underwriting, new business distribution, direct to consumer insurance sales, while working with key brands and partners to sell Chubb products and services and accelerate profitable growth in Chubb’s Consumer business segments. My career experience across Australia and North America has allowed me to gain a broad knowledge of the insurance industry and its products and distribution channels in multiple regions and countries. More importantly, this knowledgebase has fostered a keen sense to continually learn more about where our industry is headed and how we build the teams and products to stay relevant, up to date, and meet consumer demand.I enjoy being market-facing and distribution focused and am passionate about helping others fulfil their potential.
