• Accountable for key provider relationships on behalf of the overall organization internally and externally• Acts as a key informant to the organization for providers and participates with other stakeholders across Network Management and Strategic Health Solutions in the identification of strategic business partners for value-based arrangements and shared accountability provider partnerships for HCA, DME, Dialysis and specific counties• Manages relationship with physician leaders and key decision –makers with top-tier provider partners as appropriate• Leads the development of provider profiles that reflect all Blue KC Points of contact and respective accountabilities for both Blue KC and the provider organization as well as documenting add traditional and value-based arrangements in place or in development• Provider Partnership with Provider Services, Contracting, Pharmacy, Population Health – including Practice Facilitators for Medical Home/CPC+, ACA, MA, Marketing and all lines of Customer Service. • Assist in obtaining records for HEIDIS/SIU audits
