Working across music, film, sound, textiles and interactive installation, Amy’s work is driven by unique approaches to audience engagement. She uses methodologies of humour and storytelling to examine the dynamics of our relationships with others, and query our societal views on intimacy, communication, and connection.Her music for the short animation “The Lost Sound” has been screened internationally including at the Atlanta Film Festival, Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF), and Palm Springs ShortFest. Amy has performed original music at The Forum Theatre Melbourne as part of MIFF’s “meet the composers” program in 2018, spoken at Melbourne Knowledge Week about audience engagement, and is currently CEO of time travel company, "Worldline Corporations". Her visual art has been commissioned for "The Other Art Fair", and private collections. Her compositional skills have been contracted for various plays, dance productions, animations and short films. Amy holds a Bachelors of Music from the University of Melbourne, and a Masters of Fine Arts from RMIT.

Amy is a passionate pianist and teacher who enjoys helping people of all ages discover and develop their musical talents. Amy has successfully prepared students for AMEB exams and performances. Her approach to teaching is tailored to the student (are you a visual learner? Good with patterns? Partial to a simile or metaphor?), and she strongly believes that this approach creates the strongest foundation for a love of music and playing. Amy holds a Bachelor of Music (Interactive Composition) from the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA), and has a background of more than 20 years in classical piano, choirs, and arts music. She is well versed in traditional methods of teaching, but has a passion for experimenting and exploring all genres and approaches to music. Amy is eager to help her students to explore any and all aspects of the music that they want to learn. She is keen to not only teach and develop a passion for piano in her students, but strives to provide them with the essentials they need for wherever their musical endeavours take them.
